What Bond Transporters Does

Seven services, one fleet: Audi sedans, Audi SUVs and full-size Suburban-style vehicles, and the same drivers, working the corridor from Oakville through Toronto to Oshawa and out to York Region.

Private Chauffeur, Hourly & As-Directed

A driver and a vehicle held for a block of time, not a single ride. The car waits between stops and your things stay in the back.

Hourly and as-directed work is the core of what Bond does: a downtown meeting circuit, a visitor in town for a day, medical and legal appointments, a dinner and a show, property viewings, or a relative who shouldn't be driving that day. There is usually a two-hour minimum block, stated in the quote before you agree to anything.

Is there a minimum number of hours?

There is normally a minimum block, and two hours is the common structure for a full-size SUV. Your minimum and rate are stated in the quote before you agree to anything.

Does the car stay with me?

Yes. The driver holds nearby for the whole block and your belongings can stay in the vehicle between stops.

Corporate & Executive Travel

Client pickups, roadshows, board meetings and airport runs, usually booked by an assistant who needs the day to hold together.

One point of contact and a written itinerary rather than a promise on the phone. Suits visiting clients, executive teams moving between offices, and multi-stop days across the corridor.

Can you bill a company directly?

Yes — call or email to set up corporate billing and a standing contact for recurring bookings.

Pearson & Billy Bishop Airport Transfers

Departures and arrivals at both Toronto airports, run the way each one actually works.

Pearson pickups go through the airport's designated pre-arranged pickup areas rather than the general arrivals curb. Billy Bishop pickups meet at the mainland pavilion, with the tunnel crossing built into the timing. Give us the flight number and the arrival gets watched, so a delay means the car repositions rather than a missed pickup.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Tell us the flight number when you book and the arrival gets watched. A delay means the car repositions and meets you at the same door at the new time.

Private Aviation & FBO Transfers

Transfers at the Pearson FBOs and Billy Bishop's private terminal, where the gates, security and timing are different from the commercial side.

Private aviation departure times can move by hours on one phone call. We track it the same way we track a commercial flight number, and reposition the vehicle when the schedule changes.

Can you handle a departure time that moves the same day?

Yes — that's the normal shape of private aviation work. Keep the mobile line open and we'll adjust the pickup as the schedule changes.

Weddings & Events

Principal and small-party transport for weddings, galas and events across the corridor.

Not a rental wedding fleet — the car for the couple, the parents, or the wedding party, plus our vintage specialty cars for the ceremony itself. Booked and quoted the same way as any other job, with the timing built around the ceremony or event schedule.

Can you handle multiple pickups for a wedding party?

Within the fleet, yes — tell us the addresses and timing when you book and we'll tell you honestly what fits.

Process Server & Legal Document Delivery

Same-day service of statements of claim, notices, subpoenas and demand letters, with a signed affidavit of service.

Bond drivers are already on the road across the corridor every day, insured and available on short notice — faster for a rush job than booking a dedicated process-serving agency from scratch. We serve statements of claim and defence, notices, motions and affidavits, summonses and subpoenas, and demand letters for law firms, paralegals and collection agencies.

Under Ontario's Rules of Civil Procedure, most documents can be served by anyone 18 or older who isn't a party to the case — a Bond driver qualifies. After service you get a signed affidavit of service with the date, time, address and manner of service. We're not a skip-tracing outfit and we don't do sewer service; if the address is wrong or the person is avoiding service, that's a job for a licensed process-serving agency and we'll say so rather than take the job and waste your afternoon. This is general information, not legal advice — which method of service your matter requires is a question for your lawyer or paralegal.

Who is legally allowed to serve documents in Ontario?

Most documents can be served by anyone 18 or older who isn't a party to the proceeding. Specific requirements are a question for your lawyer or paralegal — we handle the delivery and the proof of it.

Can you serve a document the same day it's called in?

Usually, if it's called in by early afternoon and a vehicle isn't already committed to a booked chauffeur run. Email, text or call us with the deadline and we'll confirm on the spot.

Rush Courier & Same-Day Delivery

One driver, one vehicle, straight from pickup to drop-off — no sorting hub.

A standard courier is a network: your package moves through at least one hub before a driver covers the last leg. A rush job with Bond is one driver going from your pickup straight to the drop-off. Used for closing packages and signed contracts, time-sensitive business documents, keys and access cards, and urgent parts or samples that need a direct hand-off.

No hazardous materials, nothing requiring a bonded or licensed carrier, and nothing that won't fit in the back of an SUV — we'll say so up front rather than improvise.

Can a rush courier job really be same-day?

Usually, if it's called in during business hours and a vehicle isn't already committed. Email, text or call us with both addresses and the deadline.

Do you provide proof of delivery?

Yes — a timestamped confirmation of pickup and drop-off, and a signature where available.

Serving the Greater Toronto Area. Every job is pre-arranged and quoted individually. The process-serving section is general information, not legal advice.
