Terms of Service

Every job with Bond Transporters is pre-arranged and quoted individually before it's booked.

Quotes are based on the details provided at the time of booking — hours, distance, time of day, and the nature of the job. Changes to the scope of a job (additional stops, extra hours, a different pickup) may change the quoted price, and any change will be communicated before it's charged.

Cancellations should be made as early as possible; because the fleet is limited, a late cancellation may still be billed if the vehicle could not be reassigned. Process-serving and rush courier jobs are billed on completion of the delivery or service attempt, whether or not the documents were ultimately accepted by the recipient.
